Service area · Fulton County
Native-plant design, paver hardscape, drainage, irrigation, lighting, and recurring maintenance. Same crew, same designer, same quality on every Buckhead project. Tuxedo Park · Garden Hills · Peachtree Heights.
Buckhead is our most demanding territory — and our favorite. 92 yards since 2009, more than any other zone we serve. Estate properties on century-old soil, complicated HOA design-review boards, permit-required tree work, and clients who know exactly what they want and want it done right. Tuxedo Park, Garden Hills, and Peachtree Heights are where we do our most elaborate paver work, most complex drainage installs, and most involved lighting designs.
Oakleaf hydrangea
Hydrangea quercifolia
The native we reach for on every Buckhead project — shade-tolerant, deer-resistant, gorgeous three-season interest under the estate canopy.
American holly
Ilex opaca
Statement evergreen tree for the large Buckhead lots where you want a privacy element that looks like it belongs there in 30 years.
Hellebore
Helleborus × hybridus
Evergreen perennial for deep shade under century-old oaks — one of the few things that blooms in January in a Buckhead garden.
Christmas fern
Polystichum acrostichoides
The ground layer under the big oaks — evergreen, deer-resistant, handles the dry root competition all these old trees create.
Native dogwood
Cornus florida
Understory specimen that reads formally enough for Tuxedo Park design-review boards and ecologically for the native-plant clients.
Old, undisturbed red clay with mature root systems — tree-root protection rules every design.
Buckhead's age is its soil's advantage: many lots have never been bulldozed. The clay is old, somewhat settled, with more organic matter than Alpharetta or Smyrna builder clay. The challenge is the root network — century-old oaks with root zones that cover most of the lot. We use air-spade methods near critical root zones, route hardscape around drip lines, and consult with ISA-certified arborists before any significant excavation near heritage trees.
Heritage tree root protection
Most Buckhead lots have 80–120 year oaks and hardwoods. We use air-spade methods near critical root zones, avoid any excavation under drip lines, and bring in an arborist for tree health assessments before excavation on every major hardscape project.
City of Atlanta tree ordinance
Atlanta's tree ordinance is enforced seriously in Buckhead. We pull the right permits, submit the arborist report, and attend tree-board hearings when needed. We've never lost a project to the tree board.
HOA design review complexity
Tuxedo Park, Garden Hills, and Peachtree Heights all have active HOA design committees with detailed guidelines for hardscape materials, fence heights, and planting standards. We prepare the full submission package and attend the meeting in person.
Premium material expectations
Buckhead clients expect — and get — Belgard Mega-Arbel, Techo-Bloc Raffinato, and premium stone. We don't propose builder-grade materials in Buckhead. The budget reflects it; so does the finished product.

Our process
One company. Three phases. Same designer at consult, same crew at install, same office calling to schedule the next mow. That’s how a yard you spent fifty thousand dollars on still looks like new five years later.
Design — on paper before a shovel goes in the ground
Free 90-minute consult on site. We listen, measure, photograph, then draft a scaled landscape plan with 3D renderings of the major hardscape. You see the patio before we pour the base.
Build — ICPI-certified, owner-supervised, one crew
Same five-person crew on every project, led by Marcus. Engineered base for every paver. No sub-contractors except licensed electrical and plumbing. Daily site cleanup, project manager on speed dial.
Maintain — the same people who built it keep it
Optional monthly plans starting at $120/mo. Whoever maintains your yard is the same person who designed the beds. Plant warranty extends through the first full year on a Greenline plan.
Homeowner voices
We don’t buy reviews and we don’t buy leads. These are Atlanta-metro homeowners whose yards we’ve put hands on in the last 90 days. Full Google reviews linked from each.
We had three landscapers quote our Buckhead backyard. Greenline was the only one who showed up with a sketchbook and asked what we actually wanted to *do* in the space. Three weeks later we have an outdoor room we use four nights a week.

Marcus designed our front yard in 2017 and Renee has maintained it since 2019. The yard still looks like the day it was installed — actually better, because the maples have filled in. That kind of continuity is hard to find.
Sandeep V.
Belgard paver patio and outdoor kitchen in Alpharetta. They pulled permits, coordinated electrical and gas, and finished on the day they said. The cost was the cost. No change orders, no surprises. We're getting a pool next year — Greenline gets the call.
