Questions about the plans.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, any time. Most clients start with The Mow during peak season to see how we work, then upgrade to Garden after the first quarter. Plan changes take effect on the next billing cycle, no proration headaches.
Are plans annual contracts or month-to-month?
Month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. We’d rather keep you because you’re happy than because you signed something. Average client tenure is 6.4 years — the model works.
What’s included in “priority storm response” on the Estate plan?
After any named storm or significant weather event, Estate clients get a property check within 24 hours. We clear blown debris, assess hardscape and tree damage, document anything insurance-claimable, and prioritize Estate properties for repair scheduling.
Do you bill monthly or per-visit?
Monthly flat rate, charged on the 1st via auto-draft (ACH or credit card). Same amount December as June — no surprise winter spikes, no ‘extra trip’ charges. The number you see at signing is the number every month.
Will the same crew be at my property every visit?
Same lead, almost always. We rotate crew members occasionally for training, but the team lead assigned to your property stays consistent for the lifetime of the account. Same face, same standards.
