Service area · Fulton County
Native-plant design, paver hardscape, drainage, irrigation, lighting, and recurring maintenance. Same crew, same designer, same quality on every Sandy Springs project. Mount Vernon · Riverside · Chastain Park-adjacent.
Sandy Springs is estate territory — 1/2-acre to 2-acre lots with century-old hardwoods, big budgets, and big drainage problems. Most projects start with regrading and french drains before we ever plant a thing. Many of our Sandy Springs clients are second-decade maintenance accounts.
Native dogwood
Cornus florida
Iconic Atlanta understory — we source disease-resistant cultivars only.
Sweetshrub
Calycanthus floridus
Underused shade native — fragrant blooms, deer-resistant, fills the awkward 4–8' shrub layer.
Wild ginger
Asarum canadense
Evergreen groundcover for the dry shade under big oaks.
Mountain laurel
Kalmia latifolia
Evergreen, slow but stunning, fits the North-GA woodland palette these estates were planted with originally.
Itea
Itea virginica 'Henry's Garnet'
Adapts to wet OR dry, fall color, deer-skip — workhorse foundation shrub.
Deep red clay over weathered granite, compacted from decades of construction grading.
Sandy Springs lots have been graded and re-graded for 70 years. The clay is deeply compacted, particularly anywhere a truck has parked. We till to 8–10" with leaf-compost amendment + PermaTill on every bed install. We also handle the recurring tree health issues that come from compacted clay choking root systems.
Estate drainage
Massive lots + impervious driveways + clay = water management on every project. We design dry creek beds, french drains, and dry wells before we design beds.
Heritage tree protection
Many lots have 100+ year hardwoods covered by Sandy Springs’ tree ordinance. We pull permits, use certified arborists, and air-spade near root zones.
Long maintenance horizons
These clients keep yards for 15–25 years. We design for what it’ll look like in year ten, not what looks lush at the install photo. Slow shrubs over instant gratification.
Mature canopy + irrigation
Watering needs change as the canopy fills in. We design irrigation zones that can be re-tuned every 3 years rather than ripped out.

Our process
One company. Three phases. Same designer at consult, same crew at install, same office calling to schedule the next mow. That’s how a yard you spent fifty thousand dollars on still looks like new five years later.
Design — on paper before a shovel goes in the ground
Free 90-minute consult on site. We listen, measure, photograph, then draft a scaled landscape plan with 3D renderings of the major hardscape. You see the patio before we pour the base.
Build — ICPI-certified, owner-supervised, one crew
Same five-person crew on every project, led by Marcus. Engineered base for every paver. No sub-contractors except licensed electrical and plumbing. Daily site cleanup, project manager on speed dial.
Maintain — the same people who built it keep it
Optional monthly plans starting at $120/mo. Whoever maintains your yard is the same person who designed the beds. Plant warranty extends through the first full year on a Greenline plan.
Homeowner voices
We don’t buy reviews and we don’t buy leads. These are Atlanta-metro homeowners whose yards we’ve put hands on in the last 90 days. Full Google reviews linked from each.
We had three landscapers quote our Buckhead backyard. Greenline was the only one who showed up with a sketchbook and asked what we actually wanted to *do* in the space. Three weeks later we have an outdoor room we use four nights a week.

Marcus designed our front yard in 2017 and Renee has maintained it since 2019. The yard still looks like the day it was installed — actually better, because the maples have filled in. That kind of continuity is hard to find.
Sandeep V.
Belgard paver patio and outdoor kitchen in Alpharetta. They pulled permits, coordinated electrical and gas, and finished on the day they said. The cost was the cost. No change orders, no surprises. We're getting a pool next year — Greenline gets the call.
